Q: What are the delivery prices?

A: Delivery is based on the weight of the products or total products ordered.  The delivery price will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight and destination of the total order. All goods are dispacthed within the UK via royal mail 1st Class recorded serivce and Overseas via Airmail and the prices charged represent the ture cost of shipping each item.

Q: What payment methods are accpeted online?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express), we also accept payment by cheque.  For cheque payments, your order will be dispatched once the payment has cleared in our banking system.

Q: How long do Gifts and Hampers take to deliver?

A: For deliveries to UK addresses please allow 4-8 working days, while deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world allow 5-14 working days. Delivery of items is under third party control and we are unfortunately unable to guarantee specific delivery dates upon order. During busy periods please allow up to 30 days for delivery of items.

Q: Will you deliver directly to the receipient?

A: Yes, we can deliver your gift hamper anywhere in the world, simply select the destination location at the checkout and enter the delivery address where promted.

Q: Do the Hampers come packaged/gift wrapped?

A: Included in the price all hampers and gifts are securely packaged and wrapped, if required with a suitable gift tag for your occasion with a short message of your choice will also be included. 

Q: Are there any customs issues when delivering overseas?

A: Certain products can be restricted for importation, we will check the order and destination prior to despatch and remove any prohibited items and replace them with a suitable alternative wherever possible.  Deliveries are however subject to local Customs Authorities regulations who may randomly select packages for opening and checking, to which Gaggle Gifts cannot be held responsible for the actions or additional costs incurred as a result of any Customs Department.
